Homeward Pet Offers FREE Training Classes With Every Dog Adoption!

Beginning December 23rd, Homeward Pet Adoption Center has teamed up with Sidekick Dog Training and Doggy Haven Resort to offer a 4-week dog or 8-week puppy training course, FREE with your adoption!

At Homeward Pet, we feel that training is essential for your companion animals…and you! When you and your dog work together, the two of you bond more closely, learn more about each other, and deepen your relationship. Training builds better behavior and provides a world of benefits. Not to mention that the group sessions are a whole lot of fun.

Adult dogs (over 7 months) can be enrolled in Beginning or Intermediate classes. We’ll also offer a Feisty Fido class (6 weeks) for dogs who need a little extra attention. Puppies (under 7 months) will get training and socialization in Puppy class (8 weeks).

Sidekick Dog Training is owned by Amanda Brothers, a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University, and a strong background in the art and science of animal learning. She’s been working professionally with dogs since 2000.
